History

Early History

Karatel148 joined 2b2t in August 2023 after playing on clone servers. On his first login, karatel148 experienced the server's initial update to 1.19.4. Karatel148 managed to escape spawn and began constructing a small base. However, he was eventually kicked from the server and returned later the next month.

After returning, karatel148 began searching for resources in the spawn area. A week later, he managed to find a stash left by a kitshop in a dungeon chest, and he flew off to build his first base after the server rollback.

The Search for Endless Castle Base

In October, his friend inf20100629 invited him to take part in the search for YouTuber TheShowerGel's base, Endless Castle. After several days, players CrowTheBest and 3ACOC found the base and invited him to visit it. However, soon after, TheShowerGel disallowed inf20100629, karatel148, and WrityGD from coming to the base because it was not lit up and mobs were spawning.

2024

Odpay's Stash

In February of 2024, karatel148's first base was found and he shifted to searching for stashes. During the first week of searching, karatel148 managed to find 0dpay's stash. While moving this stash, 0dpay logged onto the server and soon after, he was killed. After successfully moving the stash, karatel148 blew up the spot where the stash had originally been located, and then invited his friends inf20100629 and maksimvoronov to the server for further construction of a new base and the creation of a private group called GODH.

GODH's Base

In July, GODH's base was visited by YouTuber F_i_l_i_n for a YouTube video. Soon after, it was found by JimmyApe, who shared the coordinates with another player, Deemon33. As a result, the base was discovered for the second time and was completely looted, causing his friends to stop playing as actively.

2025

End Project

In January 2025, his friend n1kxin, whom he had met in Russian Inquisition, invited him to participate in an End project to create a water cube covering an area of 1000 by 1000. After a couple of months the participants of this project stopped being active on it, and the project was shut down without achieving any grand result.

Hunting for TheShowerGel

During the End Project, one of the participants, ill3000777rus, suggested trying to find YouTuber TheShowerGel while he was streaming, as he had recognized one of the bases that TheShowerGel had found during the stream. After flying for an hour to that base, TheShowerGel left the base and accidentally leaked the coordinates on stream. He turned off his Minecraft display for a couple of minutes and flew a few thousand blocks away through the Nether. When the team of participants arrived at the base, they began searching for him through the nearest Nether portals and he was eventually found by Markuki. After that, TheShowerGel ended his stream and logged off the server, but a few minutes later he logged back in. When the whole team had gathered, he signed some books for them, then flew off again and stopped streaming for a long time.

Moving YouTuber TheShowerGel's Base - Endless Castle

In April 2025, karatel148, along with Markuki, lobotomy86, and n1kxin, decided to blow up the Endless Castle base. However, when they arrived, they saw that the base had been flooded with water, so they decided not to destroy it but instead to dismantle it and move it to a new location. After dismantling the base, they built a mapart of the Russian energy drink Lit Energy above the spot where the base had originally been located.

Lit Energy Group

During the End Project, together with Markuki, lobotomy86, and XEHTAI, karatel148 decided to form their own private group for a base in the End. After some time, they opened their own shulker shop. However, while the shop was running, XEHTAI found a stash with 15 dubs and shared the coordinates with the other members of the base. Soon after, it was blown up by Markuki and lobotomy86, which caused the group to fall apart and disband.

Newpal Rescue & Recovery

In May 2025, karatel148 joined brownwomen. In September 2025, brownwomen launched a project called Newpal Rescue & Recovery on 2b2t, which involved bedtrapping new players. Karatel148 also participated in this project.

Bedrock Incursion

In December 2025, karatel148 became a participant in Bedrock Incursion with XSPIR, n1kxin, XEHTAI and WARP404. Karatel148 helped kill Newfriends at spawn, created a propaganda maparts, and handed out shulkers at spawn with kits for bedtrapping.
