Maksitaxi is a 2b2t player known primarily as a PvPer, griefer, and group leader.
History
Motorway Extension Gurus
Maksitaxi was an early member of the Motorway Extension Gurus (MEG). During MEG's involvement with a stash belonging to shop owner ufocrossing in mid-2020, misinformation spread that maksitaxi had leaked the stash coordinates to the Infinity Incursion. In response, MEG set up a self-grief trap on the stash, which backfired. The incident resulted in a member being kicked from MEG, the first such expulsion in the group's history, in order to preserve MEG's relationship with ufocrossing.
Anti Watercube Coalition
In June 2021, maksitaxi co-founded the Anti Watercube Coalition. The coalition was formed to combat the Infinity Incursion's large-scale watercube project at spawn. Maksitaxi served as leader of the PvP division of the coalition, coordinating attacks on builders working on the project and using "wasp" tactics to target builders. The coalition successfully disrupted the watercube project, which was ultimately paused and led to the disbandment of the Infinity Incursion.
Jamba Juice and Clout Club
Maksitaxi became a leader of Jamba Juice, a PvP-oriented group active at spawn. The group was involved in various spawn conflicts and ran a queue exploit. He also served as a co-leader of Clout Club.
Eclipse opposition
Maksitaxi led Anti Eclipse, the primary opposition to the Eclipse group's 1st Eclipse spawn project in 2022. The project aimed to trap players in the Nether near spawn, and Anti Eclipse contested it throughout its operation. Eclipse's oofplux released a list of approximately 400 players allegedly killed by Eclipse members during the project, reflecting the scale of the PvP conflict.
Griefing activity
Maksitaxi was involved in a significant number of base griefs, predominantly as part of or alongside the Fifth Column. Notable griefs included:
- Helheim 2 (June 25, 2022) – Griefed alongside Bezopasan and Odpay as part of Fifth Column operations against Astral Brotherhood bases.
- Lidenbrock (June 25, 2022) – Griefed alongside Zetrax. As the grief had not been originally planned for that day, the griefers arrived without TNT, and the base members donated their own materials to complete the destruction.
- Corner Base (July 10, 2022) – Participated in the Fifth Column grief of the End corner base alongside Bezopasan, orsond, HermeticLock, Forceken, Zetrax, and others.
- Sky Masons (October 5–6, 2022) – Participated in the grief of 2b2t's largest base alongside a group of Fifth Column members.
- Wingston I and II (December 2022) – Griefed both early iterations of the Wingston spawn building group shortly after their founding.
Southern Canal conflict
In early 2023, maksitaxi joined the Southern Highway Association (SHA) alongside AlqUU, karpo0, and _raptr. The SHA filled the Southern Canal with obsidian using Baritone and HighwayTools, effectively converting it into an overworld highway. During the broader Southern Canal Incursion, maksitaxi was subsequently kicked from the Fifth Column after being accused of leaking information to the Southern Canal Association.
