1. Hacks to allow mods into the server literally do not exist, nor can they exist. You seem to know little about how minecraft hacks actually work, such as what they can do and what they can’t, and the difference between a cheat client and a backdoor, not that a backdoor would allow mods on the server either.
2. The fact that you claim to need a lot of arrows means you haven't even considered simply obtaining infinity bows, indicating you are most likely inexperienced at vanilla minecraft gameplay in general, and are more used to playing structured minigames and kit pvp servers.
3. The fact that you haven't already turned at least one skeleton dungeon into a mob grinder and obtained large quantities of arrows simply by killing skeletons for a few hours indicates that you are very new and have no chance at present of competing with more established players with entire chestfuls of diamond blocks, enchanted golden apples, etc, in their possession.
4. The fact that you seemingly intend to do combat with bows and arrows, rather than with swords, axes, end crystals, beds, and other, more effective weapons, indicates you are unfamiliar with this server's combat meta.
5. The fact that you claim to need a lot of TNT indicates you do not have your priorities straight, as no faction on 2b2t can possibly hope to rise to power simply by destroying the creations of others rather than making creations of their own.
6. The fact that you claim to need a lot of TNT indicates you are probably unfamiliar with the more effective griefing strategies more commonly employed on this server, such as using withers, end crystals, lavacasts, or simply removing the blocks with tools. TNT is often inefficient and wasteful and doesn’t do a good job at rendering things totally irreparable, and doesn’t even put a dent in obsidian.
7. The fact that you don't already have a banner in mind for your proposed clan indicates that you haven't thought this through very much.

9. No mod editors are going to join your faction until you accomplish a heck of a lot of stuff in order to earn the respect of people who really know what they're doing.
10. "Destroyers of hell" might be a good faction name on many other servers, but on here, it will just sound stupid. Besides, on 2b2t, hell has already been destroyed.
TL;DR: either go back to whatever factions/minigames server you came from, or at least play on the server normally for a long enough amount of time that you figure out how things actually work here.
