BoomerangVillage is a 2017 player, most known for co-founding the 2b2t Party Committee together with Breithan, and building with groups such as The Spawnmasons.

History

BoomerangVillage purchased Minecraft and joined 2b2t in the Summer of 2017 after watching a video by FitMC. After nearly 2 weeks of attempting to escape spawn, he made his way to the +,+ diagonal nether highway which, at the time, was colloquially misnamed the X,Y highway and had only been dug to about 10K. Over the next few months, Boomerang used unenchanted diamond and iron pickaxes to extend the highway to 135k, leaving dozens of signs behind. Along the way, he met up with another new player, Breithan, who joined in the dig, and together the two players set off to create a pair of sister bases-- Eternity's End and Event Horizon. The former was a decoy base used to disguise the trail to the latter.

At Event Horizon, Boomerang designed and built a series of map-art album covers based on famous rock bands, helped Breithan construct the server's largest note block music machine, and created unbreakable chainmail armor.

Party Committee and SpawnMasons

After collecting materials through both the Second Donkey Dupe and Chunk Dupe, Boomerang and Breithan founded the 2b2t Party Committee in September of 2018 as a way to bring players from different walks of life together^[1]^[2]. After hosting a couple of small nether spawn events, Boomerang founded the first 2b2t Halloween Party base^[3]. The party build team included Breithan, Mr_Pint, Jared2013, and Courier6, and the event got an official acknowledgment from the server's admin, Hausemaster. The party was a huge success, bringing in over 50 players. Boomerang followed up shortly after with the first official 2b2t Christmas Party later that year.

On the night of the 2018 Christmas party, the base was aggressively griefed by an anonymous member of The SpawnMasons, leading to the meme: "Who is Jewish Banker and why is he at my Christmas base?" The event resulted in Boomerang becoming friends with the SpawnMasons, and he was made a member shortly after.

In 2019, following the destruction of the Party Committee's Hogwarts base, Boomerang was featured in a FitMC video.^[4]^[5]

Other Projects

In January 2019, Boomerang created his first solo build project, The Valley of Loos, where he hosted the first annual SpawnMason Loo Lodge^[6]. Over the next two years, he built at dozens of bases, both large and small, contributed to mega projects such as the Masonic Eclipse, hosted numerous parties and lodges, and became a contributing member of the Society Project.^[7]^[8]^[9]

In January of 2021, due to burnout and increasing real-life responsibilities, Boomerang began a hiatus from Minecraft that lasted over 2 years. In that time, Event Horizon was found and looted, and Breithan moved on to other projects.

In October of 2023, Boomerang returned to the server to help construct the 2023 Official 2b2t Halloween Party. Although the base was griefed 24 hours before the event, Boomerang collaborated with the members of SBA to relocate the party and introduce the first-ever 2b2t Trick-or-Treat Extravaganza. The record-breaking event welcomed over 150 players to the eight unique trick-or-treat locations.

Today, Boomerang is still heavily active with both the 2b2t Party Committee and the SpawnMasons. His recent public projects include co-hosting the first official 4/20 party with Yamez8 and helping Breithan construct the world's largest collection of Minecraft toilets at Loo2.
